Ten Minute Review: Lush's Rocket Science Bath Bomb

Today I'm going to talk about one of Lush's quite recent releases, Rocket Science. I'm more of a Lush skincare fan but couldn't resist buying this little cutie!

How to use: Just pop into a hot bath and watch it fizz away!

Price:  £3.75 (2018)
           £2.95 (2017)

Made with lovely bergamot and lemon oils, this bath bomb really packs a punch. It has a strong citrus smell but there's also a powdery or musk scent, kind of like So White or Dragon's Egg.

Once it hits the water it immediately spouts out vibrant coloured foam which seems to continue for what feels like forever. The foam ranges from a beautiful blue, yellow and a pinkish purple and what makes it so spectacular is that it seems to float on the top of the water and propel itself around the tub (like a spaceship). It keeps its shape and is a slow fizzer so if you're a fan of bath bombs which give you a show, this is definitely for you.
I was a little disappointed with the smell as once it had all dissolved into the bath I couldn't really smell anything, it was all a bit lost once it had stopped fizzing. Though, for the price I would definitely recommend this just for its fabulous display of colours.
After the show the bomb leaves the bath a nourishing shade of blue, it was such a pretty colour and the little stars floating around were a cute touch.

Overall, I'm pretty impressed with the fizzer, great size and price and lasts for at least ten minutes. I'd rate it a 4.5 out of 5. Thank you for reading this review, speak soon!
